Yoga + Therapy Packages – $250 (2 hours total)
These sessions integrate 1 hour of private yoga followed by 1 hour of individual therapy. Designed for those wanting to bridge the gap between mind and body, these self-pay sessions are ideal for working through stress, trauma, or transitions with a holistic, embodied approach. You'll leave feeling more connected—emotionally, physically, and mentally.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Private One-Hour Therapy Sessions – $150/hour
Step into a space that feels human, grounded, and judgment-free. My one-hour therapy sessions are offered both in-person at Undisputed Fitness in downtown Frankfort and through secure telehealth—giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most supportive.
Together, we blend evidence-based therapy with a holistic, whole-body approach. Whether we’re talking, breathing, moving, or slowing things down, this is a space to reconnect with yourself, explore what’s showing up in your life, and build skills that actually work in the real world.
